1. Promoter

This promotion is run by:

MediaSight Ventures Ltd (trading as GreenJinn) – provider of the cashback platform and payment processing

and
Epicurean Dairy UK Ltd (trading as The Collective Dairy) – provider of the promotional offer.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to:

• UK residents aged 18 or over

• Users with a valid email address

Employees of GreenJinn, The Collective Dairy, and associated agencies are not eligible.

Unless otherwise stated, only one cashback claim per person, email address, bank account is permitted.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from:

20 April 2026 (00:00) – 31 May 2026 (23:59)

Receipts must be dated within this period and submitted before the claim deadline stated on the campaign page.

4. The Offer

Participants may claim £1 cashback (free product) on the purchase of a qualifying The Collective Dairy yoghurt pouch:

Uplift Peach & Raspberry Yoghurt Pouch 130g or Immunity Cherry & Acai Yoghurt Pouch 130g.

• Valid on purchases made at Sainsbury’s stores in the UK, including online orders

• Cashback is limited to a maximum of £1 per claim, regardless of purchase price

• Only qualifying products displayed on the campaign page are eligible

This promotion is limited to a maximum of 10,000 cashback redemptions, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once this limit is reached, the promotion will close and no further claims will be accepted, regardless of the stated promotion end date (31st May 2026.) The campaign page will be updated as soon as reasonably possible to reflect when the promotion has closed.

Cashback is paid in cash to the participant’s nominated bank account and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for any alternative reward or product.

Cashback does not cover:

• Delivery charges

• Substituted items

• Non-qualifying products

5. How to Claim Cashback

To claim cashback:

1. Purchase a qualifying The Collective Dairy product from Sainsbury’s (in-store or online)

2. Keep your itemised purchase receipt.

3. Upload the receipt via the campaign page.

4. Provide the required details, including bank details for payment.

5. Once validated, the cashback will be credited to the bank account you provided when submitting your receipt.

6. Updates will be sent by email. You can also track your claim status in the GreenJinn app using the same email address.

Receipts must clearly show:

• Retailer name

• Purchase date

• Product purchased

• Purchase price

Receipts must be original, complete, and unaltered. Illegible, incomplete, or duplicate submissions may be rejected.

6. Cashback Approval & Payment

Receipt submissions are typically reviewed within 3–5 working days.

If approved:

• Cashback will be added to your bank account

• You will be able to track your claim status if you download the GreenJinn app.

​

Bank details are collected and processed solely by GreenJinn (or its payment providers) for the purpose of fulfilling cashback payments. The Collective Dairy does not receive or have access to participants’ bank details.

GreenJinn is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect account details. Payments will only be made where all Terms & Conditions have been fully complied with.

7. Validation & Fair Use

GreenJinn uses automated and manual verification processes to ensure claims are valid.

Claims may be rejected if:

• Receipts are unclear, edited, or incomplete

• The same receipt is submitted more than once

• The product purchased does not meet the promotional criteria

• ​

GreenJinn and The Collective reserve the right to:

• Request additional proof of purchase

• Reject claims where fraud or misuse is suspected

• Disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion

Accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion may be suspended or disqualified. GreenJinn’s validation decision is final in all matters relating to cashback claims.

8. Communications

By signing up to this promotion, participants agree to receive service-related emails necessary to administer the promotion, including:

• Instructions on how to redeem cashback

• Claim status updates

• A reminder email if cashback has not yet been claimed

• A follow-up email inviting optional feedback via a survey

These communications are not marketing communications and are limited to the administration of this promotion.

​

Participation in any survey is optional and subject to separate terms.

​

Participants will not receive ongoing marketing communications from The Collective Dairy unless they have explicitly opted in to receive them via the campaign page.

9. Data Protection

To administer this promotion, personal data will be processed by Greenjinn and The Collective Dairy.

• Validate cashback claims

• Process payment

• Prevent fraud

• Administer the promotion

The Collective Dairy processes limited personal data to:

• Administer the campaign

• Analyse campaign performance

• Manage optional newsletter sign-ups (where consent is given)

Data Separation

GreenJinn and The Collective Dairy operate separately and independently, and do not operate a shared database.

• GreenJinn controls and processes cashback-related data, including payment details

• The Collective Dairy does not receive bank details or payment information

• The Collective Dairy only receives limited campaign-related data where necessary

Lawful Basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract (administering the cashback promotion)

• Legitimate interests (fraud prevention and campaign analysis)

• Consent (for any optional newsletter sign-up)

Data Retention

• Personal data held by The Collective Dairy for this promotion will be deleted by 30 June 2026, unless the participant has opted in to receive ongoing marketing communications

• GreenJinn retains data only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion and comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Your Rights

Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

10. Changes to the Promotion

GreenJinn and The Collective Dairy reserve the right to:

• modify

• suspend

• or withdraw

the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside their control.

Any updates will be communicated on the campaign page or via the GreenJinn platform.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Subject to the above, GreenJinn and The Collective Dairy are not responsible for:

• lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions

• technical issues affecting participation

• payment issues caused by incorrect information provided by participants

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
