This promotion is run by Epicurean Dairy UK Ltd (trading as The Collective Dairy).

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of The Collective Dairy and their associated agencies are not eligible.

The promotion runs from 31st March 2026 (00:00) - 31st May 2026 (23:59).
Entries received outside of this period will not be included.

To enter the prize draw, complete the optional survey via the campaign link or email invitation and submit your email address as part of the survey.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

There are two prizes available to be won during the promotion period.

Each prize consists of:

• A £100 Sainsbury’s e-voucher

• A month’s worth of The Collective Dairy yoghurt, provided as a combination of physical product and/or coupons

One prize will be awarded per month during the promotion period.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

The Collective Dairy reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Two winners will be selected in total, with one winner selected at random each month from all valid entries received during the applicable monthly period.

Each draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each monthly period.

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, The Collective Dairy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Collective Dairy reserves the right to request the winner’s consent to use their name and general location (e.g. “London”) for promotional purposes.

Participation in this survey and prize draw does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.
Participants will only receive marketing communications from The Collective Dairy if they have explicitly opted in via the survey.

The Collective Dairy is the data controller for this promotion.

Personal data collected may include email address, survey responses, and any optional marketing preferences.

The survey is hosted via Wix, which acts as a data processor on behalf of The Collective Dairy.

Personal data is used to administer the survey and prize draw, select and contact the winner, and analyse survey responses in aggregated form.

Data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (administering the prize draw and analysing feedback) and consent (for any optional marketing sign-up.)

No personal data will be sold or used for unrelated third-party marketing.

Personal data collected solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw will be deleted within 30 days of the promotion closing date, unless the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications or where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

The Collective Dairy reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, The Collective Dairy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries or technical issues affecting participation.
